Alongside your international IT peers, you’ll enable everyone at delaware to shine in their roles, stay connected, and keep our customers happy.

We provide high-quality laptops, the latest software, and modern cloud-based tools. As more people work remotely, supporting our team around the clock presents an exciting challenge! You’ll work from our Ghent and Kortrijk offices with IT support colleagues in Belgium, Brazil and Asia. Thanks to solid planning and an on-call system, our international team ensures 24/7 support for all delaware team members.

What will you be doing?

As a Support Engineer, you’ll manage laptops, install Microsoft systems and applications, and help set up local networks and letting rooms.  

You’ll provide on-site and remote support, answer questions, and resolve issues submitted via phone or our ticketing system.

You’ll also handle local IT administration and document processes, update existing guides, create instructional videos, and manage IT-related paperwork.

In short, we’re looking for someone service-minded, great with people, and skilled at problem-solving while also enjoying administrative tasks and documentation management.

Is there a match?

Let’s see if you check these boxes:

  • You're service-oriented, task-focused, and have an affinity for computers and IT!
  • You possess or have interest in understanding of various IT topics: MS Windows (W10, W11), Office 2016, Office 365, Active Directory, smartphones (iOS, Android, etc.), LAN networks, and IP configuration.
  • You can communicate fluently in English, and knowing Dutch or French is a plus!
  • You're strong in communication and customer service.
  • You enjoy administrative tasks and documenting processes.
  • You are motivated to learn and eager to take on new challenges!
