What will you be doing?
As a Support Engineer, you’ll manage laptops, install Microsoft systems and applications, and help set up local networks and letting rooms.
You’ll provide on-site and remote support, answer questions, and resolve issues submitted via phone or our ticketing system.
You’ll also handle local IT administration and document processes, update existing guides, create instructional videos, and manage IT-related paperwork.
In short, we’re looking for someone service-minded, great with people, and skilled at problem-solving while also enjoying administrative tasks and documentation management.
