Significant milestones in reducing carbon emissions

In 2023, delaware implemented a ‘full electric car only’ policy for new joiners and car renewals in Belgium and Luxembourg. This initiative, along with promoting electric bikes and optimizing office locations, has significantly reduced our carbon footprint.

Enhanced diversity and inclusion initiatives

delaware has fostered an inclusive environment through various initiatives, including training programs on psychological safety and inclusive leadership. These efforts have led to a more diverse workforce and a stronger sense of belonging among employees.

Strengthened governance structure to support sustainability
