What will you be doing?

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital landscape, focused on customer experience (marketing, sales, customer service and CX data / websites, portals, CRM applications, etc.)  

  • Leverage your network within the digital landscape and with the technology vendors 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction. 

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets; 

  • Follow up on team targets, you will be the coordinator.

  • have minimum 5 years of experience in a sales and business development evironment. 

  • Experience with tech vendors  

  • are eager to dive into the domain of customer experience. A background is nice to have, but no requirement.  

  • perfect working proficiency in Dutch & fluent in English/French

You can work within the golden triangle: Ghent, Antwerp and Brussels. Don’t worry, you can also work from home or our other Belgian offices whenever you want to.
