As a Technical Service Consultant at delaware, you know all the technical tricks and processes to implement new functionalities for our customers. And it doesn’t stop with the go-live, you’ll also make sure existing Dynamics processes stay in excellent shape.

What will your role be as a Technical Service Consultant?
You’ll come up with tailor-made solutions for technical issues and develop customizations.
The type of tasks to expect are:
● receiving and analyzing tickets
● solving incidents
● getting to the bottom of errors
● analyzing, estimating and developing change requests
● collaborating with your functional colleagues to find & develop a suitable solution
● presenting and implementing new D365 F&O features
