You’ll take on lots of responsibilities in the role of Senior Digital Project Manager:

As a project manager you’ll monitor your projects – are they still on track in terms of scope, budget, resources and timing? Rather than managing your projects in a spreadsheet, you’ll take a hands-on and agile approach.
As you understand the many different facets of the project, you’ll bridge the gap with technical consultants (on a conceptual level) and guide them to make sure the solution fits like a glove.
You’ll build a valuable partnership with the customer, who’ll use you as a sounding board and source of inspiration for their digital marketing projects.

for this position you work mainly from the delaware Ghent office and you are flexible to travel to clients within Flanders.

Is there a match?

Do you have 5 years of experience managing web and e-commerce projects?
We’re a self-organizing, multidisciplinary team, so Scrum is the way to go. Have you applied this methodology before? Awesome!
Although you’re not strictly a techie, you are very ‘tech savvy’. We primarily operate within a .NET reality (Sitecore, Optimizely), so any experience with that would be a nice-to-have.
Within a digital context, you are familiar with defining concepts, wire-framing, design, user stories, development, go-live and ‘post-go-live’ support.
Thanks to your product mindset you’ve learned all about the product’s functionalities and know exactly how to mold it into the perfect solution, tailored to the customer’s wants and needs.
In addition, you’re an understanding, yet assertive decision-maker. You’ll say things as they are.
Can you express yourself equally well in both Dutch and English? Knowledge of French is a plus!
Are you willing to get your hands dirty? To us, a good project manager is part of the solution, not of the problem. Rather than slowing things down, you’re the one that makes it happen.

Technical Service Consultant

Developing and supporting F&O systems that can go the distance

As a Technical Service Consultant at delaware, you know all the technical tricks and processes to implement new functionalities for our customers. And it doesn’t stop with the go-live, you’ll also make sure existing Dynamics processes stay in excellent shape.

Junior Software Tester

“On my current project, I am responsible for ensuring the quality of the applications through both manual and automation testing. The project involves working closely with developers to verify that the application functions as expected and as described in the customer requirements. The customer uses the Zephyr Scale tool for test plans and test cycles, Azure DevOps on the other hand is used for development and automation tests. We log and manage bugs in Jira, which we also use for the sprint boards. For automation testing, I develop tests using Playwright with TypeScript. The active collaboration with the development team makes this a very exciting project where I learn a lot at short time period. Regular meetings with the stakeholders during in-office work days or remote ensure the best communication and satisfaction.” — Lotte Rombaut.

As a Junior Test Engineer, you’ll take on the role of technical or functional tester, meaning that you’ll be supporting our projects on each test cycle, from small unit testing to integration and acceptance testing.

But there’s more: the consultancy element means that you’ll collaborate closely with our customers and colleagues from BeLux and beyond. You’ll learn to understand their needs, get insights on a variety of applications and safeguard the quality of the customized solutions for their business.

Junior Digital Workplace Consultant

As a Junior Digital Workplace Consultant, you'll be working as a functional consultant, straddling the business and IT sides of our projects. What does that mean exactly? A project typically goes a bit like this: first, you visit the customer and organize workshops to analyze their way of working. Based on that information, you create blueprints, drawing up processes and suggesting optimizations. Then the IT part comes into play. You’ll be inputting these processes to a software package and translating business requirements into technical specifications for our developers (who will do the coding). After testing whether everything works properly, you’ll train the customer in how to use the new system.
