The digital workplace team at delaware is looking for an enthusiastic hands-on consultant with a strong interest in AI, ChatGPT, chatbots and Power Platform and putting it to practice in customer projects in collaboration with an agile team.

We design, deliver, implement and support solutions within the Microsoft 365 technology stack, including the Microsoft Copilot , but also other services like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Planner, etc.

What will you be doing?

Stay up-to-date on the latest possibilities of Power Platform, chatbots and in particular MS Copilot Studio
Conduct functional workshops to gather requirements regarding chatbots and virtual assistants (powered with AI) to address the customer needs
Translate requirements into functionalities and conversation flows, taking into account constraints (from customer, technology, budget...)
Lead the implementation of the envisioned solution using Copilot Studio
Create project deliverables like blueprints, mockups, training material,…
Conduct quality testing of solution artefacts
Collaborate with a project team in an agile way (daily standups, sprints,…) on customer projects
Sharing knowledge with other colleagues in communities and team meetings

Is there a match?

Strong interest in the domain of chatbots and virtual assistants and low code apps in general
Strong interest in technology related to AI, M365 and Power Platform
MS Copilot Studio (previously known as Power Virtual Agents)
Natural language processing (NLP) and Generative AI (LLM’s mainly)
Office365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate..)
Eagerness to deep-dive on new topics like Copilot studio and the extensibility options with low code plugins
Good communication and presentation skills
Comfortable in conducting workshops to gather requirements at customers
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients
Expertise in IT projects as functional or technical consultant
Expertise in M365/AI/Power Platform-projects is a plus
