delaware is making waves all over the country. To account for our Walloon team, we are looking for an experienced pre-sales consultant who knows how to make things happen. In this exciting role, you’ll focus on sharing people-based solutions that smoothen the internal processes of our customers. With your social skills and hands-on mentality, you’ll fit right in with the #peopleofdelaware.

What will you be doing

You will be searching, finding and connecting with clients throughout the job. Figuring out their needs, linking them to our digital solutions is your forte. No worries, there are no fixed KPIs – but we are of course eager to keep on growing. To do that, you’ll lead the delivery team towards success by motivating everyone to be at the top of their game.
You’ll also

act as the bridge between Flanders and Wallonia – making sure the conversation goes both ways
write out proposals and present them to the client – what’s the scope, budget and timeline for the project?
stay up to date on all things Microsoft 365 – updates, news and trends: you see it all

The timeframe for your projects ranges from short-term projects (max. 20 days) to large-scale projects where you build long-term relationships with clients, averaging a turnaround time of one year.

Who are we?

In our Digital Workplace Department, more than 50 colleagues focused on people-oriented projects come together. Here, we figure out how to make communication between coworkers flow and provide digital tools to optimize the two-way communication within a company. Think: intranet, apps integrated with internal & external systems, and AI chatbots.

You will be the main point of contact for our Walloon client portfolio and will work closely with an external French-speaking sales team. You can count on a generous dose of flexibility – working on site with a client, in the office or at home, depending on the type of project and your personal (and professional) needs.

Is there a match?

You can take charge of a situation – that’s for sure. You’ll be in constant contact with teams both externally and internally. Having great communication and networking skills benefit you in this position, handling intricate subjects like change management with care. Since you’re part of our smaller-scale Walloon community, you’ll have to be hands-on enough to keep the bond with the Flemish team going.

Next to that, you

are fluent in French and English
have convincing presentation skills and are comfortable talking in front of an audience
are experienced in project management, having worked with budgets, proposals, and tools like Azure DevOps
know your way around SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, have basic knowledge of Azure and are interested in learning more about Copilot, chatbots and AI
