You’ll bridge the gap between business and IT, helping companies define IT architectures that are built to last. While senior architects handle the strategic angle, you’ll be hands-on with technical solutions, analyzing challenges, and advising on the best way forward.

Your work consists of
●   Helping IT managers shape their landscape—analyzing needs and recommending scalable solutions
●   Keeping a clear overview of integrations and data landscapes so that new projects align across delaware teams with architectural best practices
●   Translating business needs into IT strategy—making sure solutions are practical, not just technically impressive
●   Leading discussions and supporting decision-making—balancing business priorities with technical possibilities
●   Collaborating with senior architects and teams—learning how to think long-term while delivering short-term value

What team will you be part of?

The Architect & Advise platform is part of delaware’s Management Consulting team, guiding organizations through technology decisions, IT adoption, and business transformation. We’re vendor-agnostic, meaning we always prioritize the best solution for our clients. Within our team, you’ll find experts across different domains, from data and AI to data integration, app development, and network security.

We work where we work best, when we work best. delaware has offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Liège, Lummen, and Wavre, but we also spend time working closely with our clients on-site. Networking matters—to both our customers and our team. As a Junior Architect, you’ll always have a senior architect buddy to rely on, so you’ll never work on a project alone.
