Developing and supporting F&O systems that can go the distance

As a Technical Service Consultant at delaware, you know all the technical tricks and processes to implement new functionalities for our customers. And it doesn’t stop with the go-live, you’ll also make sure existing Dynamics processes stay in excellent shape. 

Even if you have a background in other ERP-systems – we know from experience that your know-how will easily be translated to the Dynamics 365 F&O environment. Being eager to learn and willing to adapt makes you the perfect fit for our #peopleofdelaware. 

What will your role be as a Technical Service Consultant?
You’ll come up with tailor-made solutions for technical issues and develop customizations. 

What will you be doing?

The type of tasks to expect are: 

  • receiving and analyzing tickets
  • solving incidents
  • getting to the bottom of errors
  • analyzing, estimating and developing change requests
  • collaborating with your functional colleagues to find & develop a suitable solution
  • presenting and implementing new D365 F&O features

But it’s important to note we also spend a lot of time connecting and working together with customers on-site. On top of that – we can leverage our broad international network for you to take on full-scale multinational IT and business transformation projects. 

Is there a match?

Let’s get the obvious out of the way: you’re customer-oriented, proactive, can communicate well to get to the core of what clients want and need – and you do this in fluent English (with a side of Dutch or French). 


Furthermore, you: 

  • Are a professional with +3 years of development experience in object-oriented programming (X++, Java, .NET, etc.)
  • Have notions of one or more technologies within the ERP ecosystem (MS Dynamics F&O, MS Dynamics F&O BC, MS Dynamics F&O CE, MS Dynamics NAV, MS Dynamics AX, SAP, other ERP, etc...)
  • Have a clear understanding of business process concepts coupled with an analytical approach
  • Have a driver's license, to get wherever you need to be
