As a Technical Service Consultant at delaware, you know all the technical tricks and processes to implement new functionalities for our customers. And it doesn’t stop with the go-live, you’ll also make sure existing Dynamics processes stay in excellent shape.

Even if you have a background in other ERP-systems – we know from experience that your know-how will easily be translated to the Dynamics 365 F&O environment. Being eager to learn and willing to adapt makes you the perfect fit for our #peopleofdelaware.

You’ll come up with tailor-made solutions for technical issues and develop customizations.

receiving and analyzing tickets
solving incidents
getting to the bottom of errors
analyzing, estimating and developing change requests
collaborating with your functional colleagues to find & develop a suitable solution
presenting and implementing new D365 F&O features

Furthermore, you:

Are a professional with +3 years of development experience in object-oriented programming (X++, Java, .NET, etc.)
Have notions of one or more technologies within the ERP ecosystem (MS Dynamics F&O, MS Dynamics F&O BC, MS Dynamics F&O CE, MS Dynamics NAV, MS Dynamics AX, SAP, other ERP, etc...)
Have a clear understanding of business process concepts coupled with an analytical approach
Have a driver's license, to get wherever you need to be

Experienced Microsoft 365 Developer

Technical Lead D365 F&O

You’ll take the technical lead in our D365 F&O cloud projects. You’ll be responsible for what the team designs and builds and advice and inform customers about all the technical aspects during the project life cycle. You proactively suggest ideas for possible extra functionalities and technological solutions. This will also be the case internally, and you’ll grow into the role of technical advisor and lead expert over time.

At delaware, our (technical) development and functional teams don’t operate separately from each other, either physically or professionally, so you’ll collaborate closely with our functional team, actively following progress and remaining close to the solution, always ensuring that the customers’ requirements are met.

You can expect a mix of greenfield implementations and facilitating continuous improvement by building on delaware’s experience with new and emerging technologies. Projects typically range from six months up to a year or longer, across various industries (manufacturing, retail, professional services, textile,…)..

Experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant

Junior Testing and Lifecycle Management

“On my current project, I am responsible for ensuring the quality of the applications through both manual and automation testing. The project involves working closely with developers to verify that the application functions as expected and as described in the customer requirements. The customer uses the Zephyr Scale tool for test plans and test cycles, Azure DevOps on the other hand is used for development and automation tests. We log and manage bugs in Jira, which we also use for the sprint boards. For automation testing, I develop tests using Playwright with TypeScript. The active collaboration with the development team makes this a very exciting project where I learn a lot at short time period. Regular meetings with the stakeholders during in-office work days or remote ensure the best communication and satisfaction.” — Lotte Rombaut.

As a Junior Test Engineer, you’ll take on the role of technical or functional tester, meaning that you’ll be supporting our projects on each test cycle, from small unit testing to integration and acceptance testing.

But there’s more: the consultancy element means that you’ll collaborate closely with our customers and colleagues from BeLux and beyond. You’ll learn to understand their needs, get insights on a variety of applications and safeguard the quality of the customized solutions for their business.

You’ll take on lots of responsibilities in the role of Senior Digital Project Manager:

As a project manager you’ll monitor your projects – are they still on track in terms of scope, budget, resources and timing? Rather than managing your projects in a spreadsheet, you’ll take a hands-on and agile approach.
As you understand the many different facets of the project, you’ll bridge the gap with technical consultants (on a conceptual level) and guide them to make sure the solution fits like a glove.
You’ll build a valuable partnership with the customer, who’ll use you as a sounding board and source of inspiration for their digital marketing projects.
