What will you be doing?

  • As an SAP consultant and you will be implementing procurement flows. You translate the client's business requirements into SAP processes, from procure to pay (purchase requisitions, quotations, contracts, orders, deliveries, vendor invoices). You are familiar with pricing, inter-company purchasing and source allocation.  Hands-on experience in supplier evaluation, procurement of services and consumables is an extra asset. Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and inventory management (IM) processes is also valuable. 

    You use your expertise to question, explore and co-create new processes together with the customer based on best practices.  

    You configure these processes in the SAP development system and test carefully the new implementations and troubleshoot any issues that arise. This involves identifying and resolving problems related to data, configuration and integration with other modules.  

    You organize training workshops and courses with the key users. This includes providing documentation, conducting training sessions and answering user questions.   

    You collaborate closely with various colleagues in one team. You know it brings you into contact with the following SAP modules: FI, CO, SD, PP, EWM giving you excellent insight into the bigger picture and helping you to learn plenty of new things.   

    You make a point of staying up to date with the latest evolutions relating to SAP MM. This includes attending trainings, reading publications and search for relevant information proactively.

Votre mission consistera à vous assurer que l’intégralité des services soit livrée en temps et en heure au client, dans le respect des prescrits de qualité et de budget.

Concrètement, vous aurez la responsabilité des tâches suivantes :

  • Vous coordonnerez la réalisation des activités de prestation de services et le suivi des incidents éventuels, des demandes de modifications et des petits projets ;
  • En cas de problèmes opérationnels, vous serez le relais de notre organisation et ferez remonter l’information en interne. Vous vous assurerez que des solutions appropriées soient mises en place pour y répondre ;
  • La satisfaction du client sera au cœur de vos préoccupations. Vous communiquerez leur feed-back par rapport aux services offerts ainsi que le niveau de service fourni lors de réunions dédiées ;
  • Vous ferez en sorte que delaware soit un partenaire incontournable. Vous informerez vos clients de manière proactive des améliorations possibles des services offerts ainsi que d’éventuelles opportunités ;
