“As a business analyst on the Supply Chain Management team, I support our customers’ operational management teams by identifying gaps and opportunities within their business model. These are then leveraged to increase their overall business performance. But to carry out this analysis, I first need to understand the client's business processes and link them to the industry’s best practices. The improvements often involve the implementation of technology, such as robotics, scanners, or IT solutions. Sustainability is also becoming a key topic, which is what my colleague Anush Egiian is currently focusing on.” — Fabio Conte


Like Fabio, you'll be focusing on transforming your customers’ processes. Your focus will be on the business side of things, where you’ll be able to combine your deep knowledge of (the trends in) supply chain management and your customer-centric approach.

What team will you be part of?

Although delaware has built up a rock-solid reputation as an IT implementation partner, technology is only part of the story of a digital transformation. Since September 2022, we have a Management Consulting division that helps our customers’ senior management to transform beyond technology. We leverage our expertise to improve business performance, optimize our clients’ business processes, and identify the right technology for achieving this. You’ll be part of a new and exciting area within delaware that focuses on connected transformation. On top of our existing technical expertise, you’ll help us to bring process knowledge and strategic thinking to our clients. Within our team, consultants specialize in different processes, such as logistics, procurement, and manufacturing. 


We work where we work best, when we work best. delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Liège, Lummen, and Wavre, but as a consultant, you’ll sometimes find yourself on-site with our customers as well. We offer flexible hours, and we’ll find the perfect balance together.

Junior Supply Chain and IT Consultant

We are looking for analysts starting in September 2026

“Since I started at delaware, I’ve been working for Skylux, automating their production planning processes via an ERP implementation. As we are now in the blueprinting phase for the business process, I’m assisting my more senior colleagues during workshops with important stakeholders. Using the blueprint, I analyze the different processes that exist in the clients’ production flow. The final blueprint is translated to a software system, in this case Microsoft Dynamics.” — Ann-Sophie Van Eeckhoutte

Like Ann-Sophie, you’ll be working as a functional consultant, straddling the business and IT sides of our projects. What does that mean exactly? A project typically goes a bit like this: first, you visit the customer and organize workshops to analyze their way of working. Based on that information, you create blueprints, drawing up processes and suggesting optimizations. Then the IT part comes into play. You’ll be inputting the processes to a software package and translating business requirements into technical specifications for our developers (who will do the coding). After testing whether everything works properly, you’ll train the customer in how to use the new system.
