During our Job in a Day you’ll get a one-time chance to go from HR intake to financial proposal, while discovering if there’s a mutual spark in just … one day 😉. Next to the full recruitment cycle, you’ll discover what supply chain & IT consulting really means and experience our culture, offices and people. Job hunting, but make it fun!

When & where

April 26th in our delaware office in Ghent.

Although we'd love to welcome you all, due to high interest we'll have to make sure there's a first match. We'll ask you for your CV, and afterwards you'll receive a formal confirmation with all practicals needed to join.

What to expect?

You'll get a detailed planning after we confirm your registration, but here's a sneak peek of what you can expect. 


Wednesday 26/04

  • 12h – 13h: Warm welcome in our Ghent office with some food & drinks
  • 13h – 17h: Get to know us through a personalized office tour, meet delaware consultants in their natural habitat and learn about supply chain consulting in an interactive workshop. In between, you'll go have an HR and team lead interview. 
  • 17h - 20h: You've gone through the full recruitment cycle and have a good sense of what it's like working as a junior consultant here. Time to conclude the day and unwind at an informal afterwork with other participants and #peopleofdelaware! Leave it to us to provide snacks & drinks, while you just kick back, relax and experience delaware culture at its best. 


Thursday 27/04

  • 09h - 12h: Somewhere in this time frame we'll plan a short online moment for feedback and, if all went well on both sides, discuss a financial proposal with you!
