Theory and practice - a perfect match

Would you like to study and gain valuable work experience at the same time? Are you interested in digitalization and new tools and methods? Could consulting and/or development be your thing?

Then you are exactly right with us! Start your dual studies in business informatics or business administration at our locations in Zweibrücken or Hamburg. In any case, you are not tied to our offices, as your work will also take place on site at the customer's premises or from home.

What exactly will you be doing?

During your practical phases, you will have the chance to get a taste of many different companies in the automotive, manufacturing, printing and packaging sectors.

Your overarching mission is to support our customers in their digital transformation. You will take on various (sub-)projects in the area of production, adapt the SAP standard to the specific requirements of customers or develop solutions for them. You will also help your colleagues with the design of workshops, the analysis of processes and the development of optimization potential. General administrative tasks such as creating presentations or improving data quality are also part of your role.

What happens after graduation?

At delaware you have various opportunities to shape your career.

How about consulting?
Here you will get to know and master various SAP modules. You will gradually develop into an SAP consultant.

Or would you prefer to go into development?
Here you will specialize in either SAP ABAP programming or Java development. You will work on international projects with industry-leading companies. What's more, your team is not just limited to your German colleagues, but you work together with the international team within the delaware Group.

Perhaps a completely different area?
Depending on your focus during your studies, there are also opportunities to join other areas of the company.

Are we a good fit?

There are two ways to join us: Either through a dual Bachelor's degree course after completing a good general or subject-specific university entrance qualification or through a dual Master's degree course after successfully completing a Bachelor's degree in business informatics, logistics, management, computer science or similar.

You will fit in with us if:

you are solution-oriented and strong in implementation
you are a team player with an understanding of the needs of all team members
you are fluent in German and have a good command of written and spoken English
you have a structured and goal-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of customer and service orientation
you can and want to work independently

First practical experience in the IT environment is a bonus, but not a must!
