• Azure AI Foundry is the latest unified application platform designed for comprehensive organisational use in the era of AI. Azure AI Foundry facilitates the integration of advanced AI technologies with practical business applications, enabling organisations to leverage the full potential of AI in an efficient and effective manner.
• Azure AI Agent Service enables developers to efficiently orchestrate, deploy, and scale enterprise-grade applications powered by AI to streamline business processes. These intelligent agents autonomously manage tasks, involving human users only for final review or decision-making, thereby allowing teams to concentrate on their strategic priorities.
• Azure AI content understanding, now available in preview, makes it faster, easier, and more cost-effective to build multimodal applications with text, audio, images, and video.
• AI capabilities for developers are also being introduced, with Azure Container Apps serverless GPUs enabling developers to seamlessly run their customer AI models on NVIDIA GPUs, and Azure Container Apps dynamic sessions offering quick access to secure sandboxed environments.
• Intelligent data platform and Microsoft Fabric updates will help propel AI innovation through company’s unique data thanks to Microsoft’s Intelligent Data Platform and Azure Managed Redis.

Richer flexible working with Teams

The latest additions to Teams are set to enable even better workplace productivity:

• Microsoft Places will help coordinate hybrid teams for efficient in-office days, facilitate employee connections, and optimise space management with data on occupancy and utilisation.
• Chat and collaboration features are improving, with the new Copilot file summaries feature that quickly summarises Word, PowerPoint, and PDF documents, storyline integrations will provide a new way to discover content and contribute ideas while staying in the flow of work in Teams, and a new chat and channels experience will enable more effective and efficient communication. Additionally, access to Loop workspaces within channels is being introduced for better collaboration, and inclusivity updates including a name pronunciation feature and skin tone setting for emojis and reactions are also part of the upcoming updates.
• Copilot meeting enhancements will maximise meeting insights thanks to Copilot’s new ability to analyse on-screen content, live transcriptions supporting multilingual meetings, intelligent recaps from unscheduled calls, and translated intelligent meeting recaps. What’s more, the new Copilot update will see added security and safety features, including active meeting protection notifications of sensitive screenshared content, moderated Teams meetings for organisations in regulated industries, email verification for external participants, and more.
• Teams rooms and devices are also improving, with intelligent cloud-spaced speaker recognition, dual display enhancements on Teams Rooms on Android, Cloud IntelliFrame video feeds on Teams Rooms on Android and mobile devices, and more.
