delaware concludes the marriage between finance and operations at Agristo

Agristo’s core business is processing potatoes into pre-baked or deep-frozen products for the retail and food services sector. “Working with potatoes is a challenge in itself”, says Carmen Wallays, Supply Chain Director at Agristo. “For quite some time, selling more and more hasn’t been a good indicator for our company”.

That’s why Agristo decided to search for the best possible process flow to give clients the expected service in the most efficient way possible. To support the company’s recent expansion, the potato processing company has undertaken a professionalization traject, with the help of delaware. The first step has been the implementation of a Sales & Operations Planning tool in order to better manage demand and supply.
