Who are we?

We are the Core meets Cloud team at delaware. Our mission? Making life easier for the modern employee. From sharing files with colleagues to managing projects – employees perform a wide variety of activities in their daily jobs. But, many of them struggle with finding information and collaborating across multiple channels, even more so when working remotely.

Our weapons of choice? Microsoft 365 and its ecosystem.

Our playing field? Medium to large companies in every conceivable industry in all Luxembourg.

We find it exciting to see what Microsoft has in store for the future of work in terms of artificial intelligence, automation, natural language processing and chatbots. That’s why we’ve set up several Communities of Interest (COIs) to discuss the latest advancements in tech. There’s always something new to learn!

What will you be doing?

You will closely work together with your clients and strive for strong client relationships, because that is what drives you. You like to analyze your clients’ business requirements and translate specific needs into a functional blueprint that will be turned into a technical architecture/solution by your technical colleagues.

In your role as M365 engineer, you will be assisting our customers and help them become successful with variety of products and solutions built on M365 technologies. You are guaranteed to have a varied role! Our projects revolve around diverse topics like collaboration, LOB integrations, artificial intelligence and BOTs, to name a few.

Just so you know: we expect you to be able to get to the delaware Luxemburg office in 1 hour, as you will often collaborate with your team there, apart from your on-site work with our customers.

You have a proven experience with M365. You are no stranger to hybrid scenarios with Office 365. You have a thorough knowledge of (Azure) Active Directory, PowerShell, Exchange Server and email security. Experience with MS Intune / Endpoint manager, Teams Direct Routing or Teams Room Systems is an advantage.
You are passionate and eager to learn, and you want to improve your skills in these technologies.
You regard customer support as a challenge rather than a necessary evil. You can get satisfaction from troubleshooting and solving complex issues of demanding customers.
We are one team, but if needed you can also deliver on your own.
You communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in written language.

Junior Finance & IT Consultant

"In my current project at Yusen Logistics, we are implementing the SAP ERP system for all day-to-day finance processes. As a business analyst, I am in charge of the system’s validation tests, making sure that all the flows are working correctly. For example, checking if an invoice is going to the right party after activating this step. Another part of my job is to configure the system based on the customer's needs and give trainings to explain how the ERP works. Every day, I learn about new features since ERP systems are full of possibilities!" – Sébastien Belloso

Like Sébastien, you’ll be working as a functional consultant, straddling the business and IT side of our projects. Now what does that mean exactly? A project from A to Z typically goes a bit like this: first, you visit the customer and organize workshops to analyze their way of working. Based on that information, you create blueprints, drawing out all processes and suggesting optimizations. Then the IT part comes into play; you’ll be putting these processes into a software package and will translate business requirements into technical specifications for our developers (who will do the coding). After testing whether everything works properly, you’ll give the customer trainings on how to use the new system.
