We are looking for an IT Project Manager in charge of leading & overseeing all aspects of projects.

The IT Project Manager will be responsible  for developing project plans, leading and facilitating technical and functional projects.

The IT Project Manager will work in close collaboration with our customers while also engaging with the business to ensure project alignment with customers expectations.

Serving as a bridge between technical and business teams, the IT Project Manager will guarantee effective communication, stakeholder involvement, and the timely completion of projects.

  • We designs, builds, implements and supports business-critical infrastructures. 
  • We provide services on the technologies : SAP, Microsoft ecosystem with Azure, Office and Dynamics, and AWS.

As most of the projects for this role will be realized in Luxembourg, it will be important to be at the Luxembourg office weekly to be together with your co-workers.

What will you be doing ?

You will be mainly in charge of:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timeline, resources, and cost estimates.
  • Assemble and lead project teams, assign tasks, and ensure team members understand their responsibilities.
  • Monitor project budgets, manage expenses, and ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
  • Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations by conducting thorough reviews and tests.
  • Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, technology, and materials, to meet project goals.
  • Track project progress, adjust schedules as necessary, and ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and records of meetings and decisions.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Evaluate project performance using appropriate metrics and tools, and implement improvements as needed.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations and establishing strong client relationships.
  • Ensure projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for future improvement.

Is there a match?

Let's see if you have :

  • a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager – knowledge in cloud systems & data management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum,
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and ensure project alignment with business goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, DEVOPS etc.
  • Familiarity with financial services is a plus.
  • a good level both written and spoken in English and in French
