How to make your hybrid workplace case
At delaware, we have created a pragmatic and effective approach that helps organizations define the hybrid workplace. It is based on our own experience and learnings. The approach accommodates both the needs of our clients as well as the needs of our employees in the best way possible:
- First, we gathered the general input of all our colleagues through several short-and-sweet surveys on what they thought the perfect hybrid workplace would look like.
- We then collected their helpful feedback and shaped it into several, more general viewpoints (or personas) on this subject.
- These personas finally helped us to map out the key design principles we would focus on while rolling out our hybrid workplace program.
“This practical approach to the hybrid workplace was a real eye-opener for me”, says Patrick Andersen, partner at delaware. “It allowed us to move away from the otherwise polarizing debate between the up- and downsides of home-work and office-work, and achieve a more objective perspective on what it means to work in a hybrid office.”
“When we combine this research with our empathic and personal way of collaborating with each other, I’m certain this approach to the hybrid workplace will have a great added value to not only our business, but also that of our customers.”
