Your role at delaware

The SAP SD Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and support of the SAP Sales and Distribution module within the organization. This role involves managing a team of SAP SD consultants and ensuring the alignment of the SAP SD module with business objectives. The Team Leader will also play a key role in project planning, execution, and post-implementation support.

Experience & Skills

  • Being an SAP SD Consultant with at least 3 years of experience.
  • You see SAP SD as a means to optimize our customers’ processes
  • As an experienced consultant, you don’t just translate the customer’s current processes into SAP, but you also use your expertise to question, explore and co-create new processes together with the customer.
  • SAP SD doesn’t stand alone. Instead, you collaborate closely with various colleagues in one big team. This brings you into contact with SAP FICO, MM, PP and (e)WM, giving you excellent insight into the bigger picture and helping you to learn plenty of new things.
  • Do you like to follow up on projects from start to finish? Then you’ve come to the right place. You are involved from analysis, blueprinting, customizing, documentation and training, up until the ‘go live’ and support.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SAP SD consultants.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and business requirements.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
