Your role at delaware

As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, specializing in SAP and IT roles. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, leverage innovative sourcing strategies, and provide a seamless candidate experience. Key responsibilities include:

Crafting compelling job postings to attract top SAP and IT talent.
Managing end-to-end recruitment using SuccessFactors and maintaining accurate reports.
Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Innovating and optimizing recruitment processes to meet market demands.
Supporting employer branding efforts through participation in job fairs and professional forums.

Experience & Skills

We are looking for someone with:

3+ years experience in recruiting for SAP and IT roles.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, ideally SuccessFactors.
A deep understanding of SAP modules, IT certifications, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
