Your role at delaware

As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, specializing in SAP and IT roles. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, leverage innovative sourcing strategies, and provide a seamless candidate experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Crafting compelling job postings to attract top SAP and IT talent.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment using SuccessFactors and maintaining accurate reports.
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Innovating and optimizing recruitment processes to meet market demands.
  • Supporting employer branding efforts through participation in job fairs and professional forums.

Experience & Skills

We are looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years experience in recruiting for SAP and IT roles.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, ideally SuccessFactors.
  • A deep understanding of SAP modules, IT certifications, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
