Your role at delaware

Develop and launch new features, enhancing our current technology stack with the latest tools and techniques.
Collaborate with a mostly remote team to create innovative software solutions in a fast-paced, agile, cloud-based environment.
Build and maintain our cloud-native platform, owning the feature development process end to end—from specs and data models to backend APIs and frontend components.
Configure and monitor live operations of our platform to ensure high uptime and performance standards.
Influence technical decisions and standards, contributing to the consistency and quality of our engineering practices.

Experience & Skills

Experience: 5+ years in full-stack engineering roles
Front-End Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
Back-End Expertise: Strong experience with Asp.Net Core or modern web frameworks.
Cloud Technologies: Experience with Azure services, cloud databases (Azure SQL, Blob storage, Cosmos DB), and cloud security practices.
Agile Methodologies: Practice with Scrum, SAFe, Kanban
DevSecOps: Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and building continuous deployment architectures.
API Integration: Experience integrating with third-party services (e.g., HubSpot, Azure AD B2C, Microsoft Teams).
