Your role at delaware

Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, while keeping everyone aligned and informed.
Identify potential risks and issues, proactively proposing solutions to keep projects on track.
Use best practices and methodologies to optimize project processes and outcomes.
Provide regular updates to the PMO Lead and other stakeholders, maintaining transparency and trust.

Experience & Skills

Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a PMO or a similar professional setting.
Strong knowledge of project management frameworks such as Agile or Waterfall.
Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills.
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar software).
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
