Our biggest internal event has to be the B1
An annual gathering for all #peopleofdelaware to get an update on what’s been going on in the organization, our future plans and other important changes. We believe transparency and communication are key – and so are the drinks afterwards!

An afternoon where 45+ delaware exhibitors showcase their specific solutions and services, sharing insights into their fields of expertise. The perfect opportunity to find out more about what we offer our customers and what our colleagues have been working on. This event is all about recombining our strengths!

One of our personal favorites is the delaware Family Day
An afternoon filled with fun activities and entertainment for both young and old, including dinner. On our last Family Day we organized a retro themed festival and we had a jolly good time!Why are employee events so important to us?
