Rosette is an IT professional with over 20 years of industry experience. She began her IT career at BayanTrade, an eProcurement company established by the Philippines’ six largest conglomerates.
Later, she became an SAP consultant, gaining expertise in enterprise resource planning solutions and strategic technology implementation. Over the years, she held project management roles in various consulting companies and took on leadership positions. She joined delaware Philippines in 2017 and was invited to the partnership in 2021.
In 2024, she assumed the role of Managing Partner overseeing operations with a focus on project and support execution. With experience in SAP and a history of growth, Rosette focuses on delivering value for clients and stakeholders while supporting employee development at delaware.
Simone Pigason is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Management across Southeast Asia. She has a proven track record of driving business growth, leading transformative initiatives, and delivering real-world solutions.
In February 2024, Simone joined delaware Philippines as Senior Vice President for Customer Success, where she significantly enhanced the company’s brand equity within just nine months. Her customer-focused approach has fostered impactful partnerships and elevated delaware Philippines' PR value.
Previously, Simone spent seven years in executive roles at SAP Southeast Asia, where she gained substantial international experience across IT, Service, and Consumer Products industries. She also played a key role in leading innovation and digitalization initiatives across multiple sectors. Simone holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree from Middlesex University–London and graduated cum laude in Communication from the University of the Philippines – Diliman.
