Moving forward: delaware Philippines establishes permanent remote work setup for employees

While we had a part-time remote working policy in place for years, we have revised it to align with the current needs of our workforce and the business. With the revised policy, we enable our team to be mobile and productive while working from a safe and remote environment. We are also confidently banking on technologies we have in place to enable us to collaborate with our team and with our partners, to deliver excellent service to our customers, and to be a sustainable and cost-effective business.

As we work from our homes, we assure our clients and partners that the quality of our service will remain topnotch. delaware remote workers are expected to have the following:

• Mobile and internet coverage with sufficient speed for the team member to deliver their work
• High-quality equipment such as a laptop, a web camera, and a headset to do work and conduct online meetings
• Software for internal and external communications and back-office transactions
• Conducive environment for working
