In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the success of our project by working closely with our customers and steering the development team.

Your role at delaware

  • Customer Collaboration: Work directly with the customer to understand their needs and translate these into functional features on the web platform.
  • Feature Development: Lead the process of refining business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications that developers can work with.
  • Project Management: Use your governance skills to steer the project's priorities in collaboration with the customer, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and guide one or two developers, providing day-to-day follow-up to ensure that deliverables are on track and meet quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Take responsibility for the quality of the development work, ensuring that the output meets both customer expectations and technical requirements.
  • Consultative Mindset: Adopt a consultative approach, being both critical and constructive to find the best possible solutions for the customer.

Experience & Skills

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Governance and Prioritization: Experience in steering projects and setting priorities in alignment with customer needs.
  • Technical Acumen: While your primary role will be functional, familiarity with .NET technology (MVC/Web API) and web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript) will be a strong asset.
