d'Fiesta 2024: Where Team Spirit Comes Alive

The delaware Singapore team stepped away from the office and crossed the border to Melaka, Malaysia, for our annual d'Fiesta team-building retreat. The weekend was a blend of introspection, connection, and unforgettable fun, leaving everyone with renewed energy and strengthened bonds on October 18th until 20th, 2024.

It was a chance to deepen our bonds as a team and reaffirm the values that shape our day-to-day work. Melaka’s lively streets and rich culture, provided the perfect backdrop for both reflective discussions and exhilarating activities. We spent time aligning on delaware’s direction, reconnecting with our core values, and, most importantly, with each other. The weekend encapsulated everything that makes us a team—our commitment, our shared vision, and the joy we find in each other's company.
